Reading an article in presence: An International Journal of Spiritual Direction (June 2010) those words stand out. I'm wanting to live a little differently than my patterns in the past. I'd like to direct reflection more on noticing and less on categories or judgments. And in looking for wholeness rather than separation. In others and in myself. Just thought I'd put it in writing.
