Mom, believe it or not i am still reading your blog. i know, crazy. But i just wanted to comment on this because this last week in church our pastor mentioned something that this reminds me of. That he said that a member of the church told him that she needed to leave the church. In reaction he asked if he could sit down with her to talk it over to find out why. He met with her, and she said that when he gave his message that all of us are sinners she was offended, and said that she was a good person and should not be called a sinner. Your words that you posted "There's so much good in the worst of us, and so much bad in the best of us" reminded me of this and how imperfect we are and how crucial a role god plays in our lives.
Keep blogging away even though i'm not, i enjoy reading.
